Kennedy Welding was tasked to complete an onsite welding project from start to finish in a very short time frame with 952  man-hours including 195 night hours worked in a 10 day turnaround period. The job was to design and manufacture some AirStairs that needed to shipped overseas and be used as soon as possible. As the lead time and deadline were very tight, this required our workshop to be open 24/7 and needed some of our guys to be working 2 shifts to get the job done.

The job was successfully completed on time and the product was then Air Freighted overseas meeting all deadlines and quality tests.
